Expedited options are available at additional cost. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders totaling $100 or more after applicable discounts. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control, though we will work diligently to resolve any shipping issues on your behalf.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Safe Deal Finders or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States and international intellectual property laws. Safe Deal Finders shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor strikes, government restrictions, war, terrorism, supply chain disruptions, or failure of third-party service providers. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as possible after the force majeure event subsides.

The return request must be initiated within this 14-day window; the physical return of the item must be postmarked no later than 3 days after your return request has been approved. Returns initiated after the 14-day window will not be accepted except at the sole discretion of our customer support team in extraordinary circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria: the item must be in its original, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition; the item must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, manuals, and accessories intact and attached; a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order ID beginning with "ORD-") must be provided at the time of the return request; and the return must be initiated within the 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items that do not meet these criteria in their entirety will not be accepted for return.

If your return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage that occurred during transit, or an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item), Safe Deal Finderst will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply print the label provided via email, affix it to your securely packaged return, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location. In cases of transit damage, we request that you document the damage with photographs before returning the item to support our carrier claims process.
If you are returning an item for reasons unrelated to a defect or our error β including change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or preference β the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Safe Deal Finderst cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit. The original shipping cost paid at checkout (if any) is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund minus any applicable restocking fees if noted at the time of return authorization.
Upon receipt of your returned item, our fulfillment team will conduct a thorough inspection to verify that the item meets all return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 2β3 business days from the date we receive the package. We will notify you by email of the outcome of the inspection. If the item passes inspection, your refund will be initiated immediately. If the item fails inspection due to signs of use, damage, or missing components, we reserve the right to deny the refund and return the item to you at your expense.
Approved refunds are processed within 3β5 business days of inspection completion. Once processed, the timeline for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution: credit card refunds typically appear within 5β10 business days; debit card refunds within 3β7 business days; PayPal and digital wallet refunds within 1β3 business days. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, account, or method than the one originally used.
Safe Deal Finderst does not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, our customer service team will work with you to find an acceptable alternative or issue a full refund. For exchanges on defective items, we will expedite the process and waive return shipping charges.
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: items returned that are not in their original condition but are not defective; items missing original packaging, accessories, or components that were included at the time of sale; items that show signs of use, cosmetic wear, or damage not attributed to transit or manufacturing. The amount of any partial refund will be determined at Safe Deal Finderst's sole discretion and communicated to you in writing before processing. You may decline a partial refund in which case the item will be returned to you at your expense.
All digital products are final sale and non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to: SaaS subscriptions and software licenses that have been activated or accessed; digital gift cards that have been issued (whether redeemed or not); downloadable content, digital vouchers, and promo codes. The non-returnable nature of digital products is disclosed at the point of purchase and by completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for digital goods.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following categories of products are non-returnable once opened or used: all food and beverage products (including organic snacks, teas, coffees, and kombucha kits) once the original seal has been broken; personal care products including skincare, haircare, and body care items once opened; supplements, vitamins, and health products once opened. Unopened food and personal care items may be returned within the 14-day window subject to all general eligibility conditions, provided the original seal and packaging remain intact and undamaged.
Membership subscriptions are non-refundable once the membership period has begun. If you cancel your membership before the renewal date, you will retain access to membership benefits through the end of the paid period, but no prorated refund will be issued. Gift cards, once purchased and delivered, are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced unless the original purchaser can provide proof of purchase and the card balance has not been used.
We take quality seriously, and in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order ID, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer you the choice of a full replacement shipped at no additional cost, a full refund to your original payment method, or store credit at 110% of the purchase price. We will also arrange for complimentary return shipping of the defective item where applicable.
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please first check all potential delivery locations (mailbox, porch, neighbor, building management, etc.) and allow 24 hours in case of carrier delays in updating tracking status. If the package cannot be located, contact us at +1 248-577-9813. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If the carrier confirms non-delivery, we will reship your order or issue a full refund at no charge. For packages confirmed lost in transit before delivery, we will reship immediately or issue a full refund.
Items purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or using discount codes are eligible for return under the same 14-day return window and conditions, unless otherwise noted at the point of purchase. However, for final-sale items β which will be explicitly marked as "Final Sale β No Returns" on the product page and at checkout β no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances. We strongly recommend reviewing final sale designations carefully before completing your purchase.
For bundle or kit purchases, all items in the bundle must be returned together in their original condition for a full refund. Partial returns of bundle items are not accepted, unless one of the items in the bundle is defective, in which case we will replace only the defective component. During designated holiday shopping periods (typically November 15 through December 31 of each year), Safe Deal Finderst may extend the standard 14-day return window to accommodate gift purchases. Items purchased during an extended return period will honor the extended deadline for returns, subject to all standard eligibility conditions. Please include your original order ID, the denied return request reference number, and a detailed explanation of why you believe the denial was incorrect. Our Senior Customer Care team will review your case within 3 business days and issue a final determination.
